GROUP BOXING
Our Group Boxing classes combine conditioning drills, mitt and bag work, strength training, and cardio. Jaco’s Group Boxing classes are offered multiple times throughout the day to fit all busy schedules. No experience with boxing? Our trainers will work with you on the fundamentals.
PERSONAL TRAINING
We will work with you 1-1 to reach your fitness goals. Whether you are a student-athlete looking to improve overall performance or a working mom with limited time, we can help you achieve your objectives. Our gym has a full range of equipment including free weights, kettlebells, squat racks, etc. We also have a variety of cardio equipment that includes rowing machines, bikes, treadmills, and ski ergs from Rogue and Concept 2. Of course, we are a boxing gym so the heavy bags and mitts in the ring are always an option.
Our PD classes and personal training options have been built on teamwork with local support and input from our amazing clients. We are in our 5th year and run classes 3 times per week.
Classes are customized to accommodate everyone regardless of PD progression. We have used our training with Neuro-Challenge Foundation, a local PD non-profit to design a program that maximizes participants' experience and performance.

BOXING - YOUTH PROGRAM
We’ve designed a program for youth ages 8-14 that teaches proper exercise techniques and the skill and movement behind boxing. No prior experience is needed. Classes are held on Tuesdays from 4:45 – 5:45 pm and are $20.
